Case Study

Creating the online boutique for a new fashion house

Lena Paris crafts a feminine wardrobe centered on timeless investment pieces: pure wool coats, structured trench coats, and substantial knitwear. For its debut, the maison opted against conventional e-commerce templates to preserve its operational independence and assert its singular visual signature.
We designed a bespoke digital flagship: short-form cinematic videos capturing garments in motion, tactile close-ups of luxury textiles, and a conversational virtual stylist to advise discerning clients.

01 · Garments in Motion

Showcasing garments in natural movement

Rather than stiff, static lookbook poses, we chose movement: brief silent video loops capture the fluid drape of gabardine, the cadence of a stride, and natural light falling across the streets of Paris.
This dynamic medium lets clients feel how a garment breathes and carries itself before exploring the finer construction details.

02 · Textures & Fabrics

Precision photography for luxury fabrics

Purchasing luxury ready-to-wear online requires absolute confidence in finishes: every piece is documented from multiple macro angles.
Tactile close-ups reveal the dense weave of organic cotton, the supple grain of leather, and hand-finished stitching, allowing clients to appreciate material weight directly on-screen.

03 · Style Advisory

The myLENA virtual stylist assistant

The boutique integrates myLENA, an intelligent conversational advisor that helps clients curate silhouettes according to their personal taste and previous wardrobe acquisitions.
For example, it suggests how to layer a new seasonal outerwear piece with a knit from a previous drop, recreating the attentive intimacy of an in-boutique private consultation.

04 · Tailored Experience

A living interface shaped in real time

The Lena Paris interface goes beyond a static catalogue: it composes itself in real time for every client.
Upon signing in, pieces are curated around her taste, a connected calendar anticipates silhouettes for an upcoming trip, and the myLENA advisor suggests personalised pairings with her existing wardrobe.

05 · Technical Autonomy

A bespoke management ecosystem

The platform operates on a bespoke headless management foundation, completely free of recurring monthly SaaS subscriptions and rigid technical boundaries.
The brand team can effortlessly update garment specifications, manage atelier stock levels, and launch capsule drops within minutes.
